Some people are born with good skin and only need to drink water and moisturize while others have to see a dermatologists or do a daily skin-care regimen. For me, I have dark spots on my neck and chin. I read somewhere that tweezing can and often does cause hyper-pigmentation and I definitely pluck my hairs a lot in those areas. The dark spots weren’t as bad as they are not and so I’ve been taking extra measures to take care of my skin and get rid of the dark spots.
The first thing I do is use the Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser by Neutrogena on my face. I have a facial brush so I put it on that and scrub my face. After exfoliating, I use Urban Skin Rx Pumpkin Pore Detox Mask and Scrub (this is use 1-3 times a week or once a week if you have sensitive skin). You put this on your face for 15 minutes and then wash it off. For whatever reason, I like to cleanse my face again after using the detox mask and scrub, and I’ll use the Urban Skin Rx Even Tone Cleansing Bar. I have a more softer facial brush that I use for this cleanser. After cleansing, I use Pearlessence Roseship + Vitamin C Balancing Facial Oil all over my face. Once the oil seeps into my skin, I’ll use Urban Skin Rx Dark Spot Rapid Repair. The directions are to switch on and off between putting only on your dark spots and putting all over your face. Depending on if I’m doing this during the day and I’m about to step outside or if I’m doing it before I go to bed, I’ll use Urban Skin Rx Complexion Protection Moisturizer, which is basically a SPF! And last but not least, I spray my face with Pearlessence Aloe + Green Tea Hydrating Face Mist!
