Daily Affirmations & Mantras to Keep You Centered Through Your Day

I am not sure if it’s because it’s cold outside and I feel like going into hibernation, but my energy lately has been drastically low, especially at work and after work I usually want to take a nap or lounge around the house and do nothing but watch Netflix. Honestly, this feeling has been going on for about a year now and it’s gotten my questioning a lot of things.  It’s got me questioning in path in life for sure! When my energy is low, I always chalk it up to my place of employment.  Maybe my energy isn’t high because I’m not truly doing what I want to do? But I’ve realized that my energy and how it is for the day really affects my wellbeing and with it being high or low makes a huge difference on my daily task. I’ve started telling myself a few affirmations/mantras to get keep me centered through the day.

In the Morning

If you are anything like me, you are NOT a morning person.  No matter what time it is that you have to wake up: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am or even 10am, morning is just not for me.  If I could set up my own work life schedule, it would be to work from 1pm – 5pm, but still somehow get paid for 8 hour shifts.  Until then, I’ll continue to come up with daily affirmations/mantras and routine myself to get going!

“I am a powerful creator. I create the life I want and enjoy it.”

“I can let go of old, negative beliefs that have stood in the way of my success.”

“I can never fail, for everything that happens contributes to me being better.”

Your mornings should always begin with a clear mind.  Say a morning prayer, even if it’s to thank God for waking you up this morning, drink a cup of green tea, recite your affirmations and mantras and be clear about what you want to happen throughout the day. Stop immediately checking your notifications in the morning when you wake up, just go out and seize the day.

In the Afternoon

Around this time, my energy is usually low af and my motivation to do anything is even lower.  But when you need to snap back into it to center mid-day, tell yourself:

“Success comes with intent, not hours.”

“All channels of my mind are open to receive from my higher thoughts.”

“I am full of life and energy.”

In the Evenings

This time of the day, I am definitely tired from a long day at work.  I always want to go home and take a nap, but I always have to keep going.  Evening affirmations keep me motivated to go to the gym or to do work outside of work.

“I take what works from today and leave the rest behind.”

“This evening, I feel gratitude and joy.”

“Tonight I will sleep well and wake up refreshed tomorrow.”

What are some daily affirmations or mantras that you tell yourself daily?
