Beauty Product of the Week

When I got hired with Nestle, I had to do a hair drug testing.  When I went, I got a plug of my hair cut off in the middle/back of my head, however I guess the lady who was working at the healthcare center didn’t know what she was doing and she didn’t have me sign off on the testing, which made it invalid and so I had to go back and give another hair sample.  This time, I had my hair cut off on the lower back right of my head.  A couple of months later, the first piece I’d gotten cut off never grew back, but the second piece. I assumed it had something to do with me being stressed. A year later after and my hair STILL had not grown back so I basically cut all of my hair off!

One day I was at Target where I saw Alikay Naturals product.  The products were a little expensive so all I got was the Leave in Conditioner.  Well a couple of months later, I finally bought more of the the products, but I got travel sizes just in case my hair didn’t take too well to the products, although the travel sizes were a lot smaller than what I was expecting.  I bought the Cowash Me Cleansing Conditioner, Wake Me Up Curl Refresher, Moisturizing Black Soap Shampoo, Avocado Cream Moisture Repairing Hair Mask, Honey and Sage Deep Conditioner, Shea Yogurt Hair Moisturizer, Botanicals Hair and Scalp Balm and the Essential 17 Hair Growth Oil.

So far, I love all of the products except for the Deep Conditioner. When I put it in my hair and washed it out, it still left kind of like residue on my hair so instead I started using the Avocado Cream Moisture Repairing Hair Mask.  Anywho, I would suggest these products for any natural haired girl.  Once I use all of my trial sizes, I’ll probably buy regular sizes for most of the products and will probably try other products I haven’t from them.
